Does Kate Beckinsale and Len Wisewise in Underworld count? Len was the director and not the leading man but that whole movie was pretty much about Len filming/oogling his (prospective) wife in the tightest suit available :)

I'd also put a vote in for Eva Green and Daniel Craig, Casino Royale, for undressing one another with their eyes all the time. Freakin' indecent.
