If you played Lucky Jones ...

If you played Lucky Jones over the weekend, I have started a thread at the Forge. It'd be great if you could contribute your thoughts ... particularly whether you found keeping track of your Bonuses/Penalties/Rerolls to be a pain or not.

The thread is here. Alternatively, just comment here.

I _really_ want to play Lucky Jones! If you are willing to run it again, I promise to make comments of questionable insight that may or may not be useful...

I'm sure I could rustle up 4 keen players including myself - possibly even an exclusively Kapiti-based group as Luke and Sam also live up here.

Sweet! We should try and do it next time I'm up in Kapiti (Mum and Dad live by P'ram College). That'd be after Feb 16th, tho.

You 4 would be a super-cool sit-com family!

On another note I would be keen to run Lucky Jones at some stage. Is there a chance you will have a copy to sell/lend etc for the general public to play eventually...?

Dude, I just realised who you are! Hopeless, of course, should have remembered that. I'm going to have to have to dig it out at work and actually watch it now.

I have nothing constructive to add about Lucky Jones at this point, but if I think of anything I'll let you know.

Oh, yeah, I played the lecherous Alex Jones at Kapcon, apparently I make a far too convincing 14 year old boy. But then I've always told people I'm 14 on the inside, now I have proof.

ulishe - a Gaelic word for someone who acts much younger than they appear.

Holy crap, housemonkey, if you work at United on C.Place, then I think I remember having a really good conversation with you about the Ian McKellan version of Richard III.

Andrew, yep, rules will be available. The broken rules (that don't have the extremely useful Role cards we were playing with) are available now. Check out one of the Forge threads.

Wouldn't have been me I'm afraid, I don't work there.
