[RPG] Star Wars - A Frustrating Puzzle

I've started an AP thread about our group's latest game at the Forge. It's all about why I lost my temper (something I've never done during a game before) at a puzzle that had to be solved. What I've found interesting, talking with other players afterwards, is that no-one seemed to notice.

Just so you know -- I've been following the thread, but haven't felt I had anything useful to say. :) I don't think I would have thought of the approach where the GM tells you the solution, and the group describes how they solve the problem; but someone already said that. :)

I guess that one of the reasons I wouldn't have thought about that approach would be that this would feel like out-of-character knowledge impacting intrusively in the game -- it means stepping back from a character-level view to a more story-level view. (That's a reflection of how I've been thinking during the game, rather than a comment on the value of the idea.)
